Our Guarantee

We guarantee our craftsmanship to be free of material defects. All instruments are guaranteed for one year against breakage, assuming proper use. This guarantee does not apply to instruments that are mishandled, misused, improperly maintained, improperly sharpened, or improperly sterilized. 

Delivery

‘Phoenix Dental Instruments’ aims to despatch all orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday the same day, either by first class post or courier service.
Orders received after 1pm Monday to Thursday will be despatched the following day. Orders received after 1pm on Fridays or on Saturdays and Sundays will be dispatched the following Monday for a Tuesday delivery.
Damaged goods or short deliveries must be notified immediately. ‘Phoenix Instruments Limited’ does not accept responsibility for damaged or short deliveries unless notified within 48 hours of the CUSTOMER receiving the delivery.

Shipping Charges

A handling charge may be applied to orders. All orders will be subject to the following carriage charges:

UK  
FREE Standard delivery on orders over £15

Rest of Europe 
Standard delivery for customers - £11.99 or free for orders over £100

Returns & Exchange

We want to make it as easy as possible to return items for an exchange or refund. We do not require any type of pre-authorization.

New, unused instruments, must be returned in the original packaging; all other instruments must be returned in a processed sterilization pouch/wrapping to guarantee the safety of all concerned.

Please package the instruments securely in a box. The use of an envelope, padded or non-padded, to ship instruments is a violation of postal regulations.

You can ship the package by any common carrier, however we recommend that a tracking number be retained as we will not be held liable for packages and instruments that were lost or damaged while in transit to us.

Unless an incorrect instrument was sent due to our mistake in pulling and packing a shipment, the postage cost to return items is the responsibility of the customer.

 

Liability

‘Phoenix Dental Instruments’ shall not be liable for any loss arising from the fact that the Customer is not suitably qualified to supply, operate or otherwise use the goods. All goods supplied by this company are intended to be used by suitably qualified persons.

Payments

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is required within 30 days of the invoice date. Failure to observe this may result in additional charges and the withdrawal of credit facilities. Credit facilities are discretionary and may be withdrawn by ‘Phoenix Dental Instruments ’ at any time. All goods remain the property of ‘Phoenix Dental Instruments’ until paid for in full.
