Delivery

‘Phoenix Dental Instruments’ aims to despatch all orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday the same day, either by first class post or courier service.
Orders received after 1pm Monday to Thursday will be despatched the following day. Orders received after 1pm on Fridays or on Saturdays and Sundays will be dispatched the following Monday for a Tuesday delivery.
Damaged goods or short deliveries must be notified immediately. ‘Phoenix Dental Instruments’ does not accept responsibility for damaged or short deliveries unless notified within 48 hours of the CUSTOMER receiving the delivery.

Shipping Charges

A handling charge may be applied to orders. All orders will be subject to the following carriage charges:

FREE Standard delivery on orders over £30.

Rest of Europe 
Standard delivery for customers - £11.99 or free for orders over £200
